There is a difference in leading with the head with full intent to hit and a hit where you can tell where the defender is trying not to hit the qb.

Sure looked like Reid loaded up and launched. When you launch at a sliding QB, you're getting flagged every time. When you load up and launched at a sliding QB and end up hitting him in the head area, you should get ejected. I have no issue with the NFL's call on this one.
