He only "didn't do anything" because we never used him.

In the early games when he did see action, he was quite effective. It looked like we had a great one-two punch going with he and McCaffrey.

Then for whatever reason, the coaches decided we only needed to punch with one hand.

The latter half of the season is when the way of attrition really starts to shape up. Dropping good depth as that cycle is just about to start is just baffling.

Yes that's why u got pissed off people in here... we swapped a good rb for a rb who only has 180 yards in 5 seasons with zero tds... that's beyond baffling.

Technically we swapped him for a RB that has 99 carries for 422 yards @ a 4.34 average with 11 TOT TDS

I felt the same way initially about Palardy and Lee and the Benjamin trade. Even Torrey for Worley. Every one of them so far has worked out in our favor. I doubt Hurney and Rivera decided to drop they guy just because. There are things we don't know that we might never find out. I'm not going to freak out about it. It's not like Anderson was doing much for us. He isn't going to fix our defense.

You're going into the back half of the season, a time when fatigue starts to take its toll on older players, when injury becomes a greater concern, and when winning is extremely important as playoff position starts to fall into place.

Why do you make moves that make your roster and depth worse?

Granted, there's never really a good time to do that, but good grief why now?
