Yup, we're good to go. Lions are poo, that's gonna be a blowout win that will leave us feeling better about ourselves. Then you look at our next three and they are all very winnable. Very conceivable we get the Saints at home on a 4 game winning streak with a opportunity to take the NFC South lead if they've lost a game. Absolutely nothing has been lost to this point, on the contrary we're still best positioned Wild Card team in the NFC and control our own destiny for a first round bye. Keep Pounding.

Sure have.  I probably was able to rebound quicker than most though because I work third shift so I slept through most of the nightmare on Thursday.  I still have a lot of hope in our season.  I think we can finish 12-4 on our schedule still, may not be enough to beat the saints, but all we want and need is to be in the dance.

I'm not sure if we beat Seattle. This Pitt game was like the siren call in 2015 when ATL beat us. We may very well end up 9-7 unless this defense is fixed now.

Same here ... Saw the Rams - Hawks game . Not sure we beat Seattle either. We’ll probably handle Detroit, Tampa, and the browns ... that’s it 9-7. Everything else is a bonus. We may beat the falcons if they are already out (10-6), or even the saints in the dome if they are resting starters (11-5).

Everyone ready to hate on the teams playing today and get back to winning starting in Detroit?

No. That's a gash as deep as the 08 playoff loss or the super bowl loss. Even winning the Super Bowl people will still look back at this game, but we aren't sniffing that.

They need to rethink reallignment if we go 11-5 and miss the playoffs.

We got out prepared the other night.  They found a way to kick our ass and we weren't prepared for it.  Short week and a poor offensive and defensive game plan.  End of Story.

Rivera is a good defensive mind and between him and Washington I have full confidence they will address how to counter what Pittsburgh did to us.  You can bet every team we play will be going over that film left and right to duplicate what they did.

Rivera and Co. will have a counter for it.  Fortunately for us, it was against an AFC team and is on the lower part of the tie breaker for the playoffs.

I fully expect our defense to give a lights out game against Detroit.  They got embarrassed and Luke, TD, Adams, Peppers and even Reid are too good to allow this again.  We'll do better.

It is time to focus on kicking Detroit's ass and reminding everyone.  The Panthers aren't going anywhere other than the playoffs.

It would be the end of the story if that were a rare occurrence.

It actually happens a lot, including in the most important game of his career.

That's a problem.

    • Fields is by far the most talented of the available QBs in FA.   Just not sure he will be a available because the Steelers are winning games. The more games they win the less likely he will be available. Fields gets them to the playoffs he's getting a nice contract from the Steelers imo.
