I'll say this... If we do lose Kemba then Kupchak can go fug himself for declining every trade offer.

I'd have taken Sexton for him which more than likely would have cemented a top 5 pick for us.

Pretty sure and word is that MJ is the one who over rode any chance of him getting traded. There was a good chance this season before the all Star game as well that was vetoed by Jordan.

According to Zach Lowe of ESPN, the Cleveland Cavaliers would have traded the 8th overall pick in the 2018 NBA Draft to the Charlotte Hornets for All-Star point guard Kemba Walker had LeBron James committed to re-signing.

Cleveland would have traded for Kemba Walker if LeBron James stayed

Yeah I don't think people understand the fact that the only way Cleveland was parting with that draft pick was if Lebron committed to staying with Cleveland.

The only way we could have got back around what kemba is actually worth would have been to trade him before the season or like two years ago. No one was giving up anything significant for a guy they could sign as a FA at the end of the year.

    • The issue is the formula is secret, and it incorporates runs... So... Yup, it does. Same with PFF (which isn't quite as secret). But when it doesn't - like on Sunday - it's often to hilarious results. PFF is more reliable I think at matching my 'eye' test.
    • According to the talking heads of the sports world, this is a pretty meh QB class.  Sanders and Ward are the only two with first round buzz, but the rest are blah.  Take that for what you will. Let's see how Bryce does in year three.  That's just where we are.  Patience is the key here.  Players need time to develop.  They can't develop if they don't play.  Bryce has made some really good throws, but he doesn't look like CJ Stroud.  That's going to be his point of comparison the rest of their careers.  The ball doesn't explode off Bryce's hand, it's not a cannon ball shot out of a cannon.  He's not going to break a 70 yard run.   Bryce is going to have to continue to make good throws and make plays.  Part of that is going to depend on the play calls.  Part of it is based on the skill players.  A couple drops picked up yesterday and it's a win and Bryce throws 1-2 more TDs.  A completely different story. It's been a crazy year indeed.  I just want to see Bryce continue to develop.  To see XL become more consistent.  To see JT fully recover (not play this season if he's not healthy).  I want to see Coker continue to make plays.  I'd love to see Brooks get more touches and Chubba continue to hammer defenses. Then this approaching offseason, let's go back to the D and work on fixing it.
    • Prime is already gone boss.  Nothing left for team Sanders in college football.
