Give me Short’s phone number and I will. But reread what i wrote. I never called out the players. Im calling out the teams and franchises. Thats what Jerry has done ever since he had this team.

This is not, nor has it ever been, a franchise that wasn't interested in winning championships. Sorry it doesn't fit your self-imposed narrative, but that is just some first class BS right there and you know it.

What has this franchise ever done to show they wanted to win a SB?????

I can only testify to when I started keeping up with this team: 2003’. During that span, Ive seen it once that this franchise actually went and got some pieces to try and win. Which was in 2015 by trading for Allen and signing Finnegan.

This has been a franchise that lives by CH’s motto: the answer is already on the roster. Always too afraid to spend money. Always playing it safe. Never take the risk to make trades. Coaches wont take the blame. HC wont fire guys that need to be fired.

Look at the past SB teams:

NE always making trades and signing guys.

Philly did it last year with Jeffery, Torrey and Ajayi.

Denver did it with Manning, Talib and Ward.

And we all laughing at New Orleans for trading picks away. Theyre the best team this season.

MIC DROP

I'm sorry, you must have fumbled this. Here's your Fisher-Price microphone back.

In 2003 we went out and grabbed a few guys, Stephen Davis, Jake Delhomme and a few others to put together a team that came within a kick of the Lombardi trophy.

Two years later, we were challenging again.

Three years after that, we were as well, but had a very bad day on Jake Delhomme's birthday.

After a decline and a coaching change, we headed back into the playoffs, where we've been moderately regular residents, even posting a 15-1 regular season record which led to a collision with the Denver Broncos in a Superb Owl where we, regrettably, were beaten.

There have been trades over the years, but you've conveniently left out folks like the above mentioned players along with let see, off the current roster how about Greg Olsen?

What you may not have noticed is that we've had a policy of building through the draft. We've had some amazing talents there, such as Cam Newton, Luke Kuechly and Julius Peppers -- each of which will go down as legendary players. With the exception of one year in our history, we've also been pushing around 91- 95% of our salary cap annually, which means that we ARE putting money into this.

What all this means is that your mike drop really is nothing more than some bed-wetting 'tweenager stomping his foot over how Daddy can't buy him a championship or that all those other teams pway so unfairly.

Besides us there are 30 other professional football teams in this league and the Cleveland Browns.  Please feel free to choose one of them. There are some real quality organizations out there, last night we faced one. Let me remind you, though, that each of them had long periods of futility before they found pay dirt and will have dry spells again.

Buckle up, put the loss behind you or hop off the damn wagon.

To be honest.  I think our team defensively looked lost.  Offensively, I mentioned it a couple weeks before this game this game that the Steeler's had a good pass rush and it showed Cam had little time for anything.

I am not making excuses for us because that was a dismal performance but I am not going to freak out and start saying we won't make .500.

We'll regroup and forget this game.  If we play them again in Feb.  We better have an answer for all they did.

The game plan on both sides of the ball didn't work.  We'll improve.

I believe the short week didn't help us much.  Obviously Pittsburgh did a better job in the short week than we did.

Well that's just good for you.  Life ain't great for me....I get to watch the cardiac cats play every week which means I have to monitor my blood pressure every week or else I'm gonna stroke out one day!  LOL  After that showing last night against the steelers, where they got bent over and raw dogged, I have an appointment with the Doc coming up.

Don't go to Doc Holiday. I don't think he's a real doctor.
