4 out of the 6 loses have been 2 pts or less, another by 4 pts to OKC.  Raptors beat us fairly good but this team might be better than people think.

I think we are like 6th in the league in point differential. Not too shabby.

If Mitch can turn any combo of the gang of 2nd round draft picks we have and Biz, Marvin, Zeller, MKG, Lamb or Frank into a legit starting SG or PF – I will bow down completely..

I'm looking at the Wiz potentially blowing things up and salivating over Markieff Morris or Beal.

We need to be ready to strike when one of these disappointing teams throws in the towel. I don't even have a problem parting with a first for the right player.

Owner.

Nah.... MJ is OK as long as he isn't the one drafting... We have to get the drafting part right before anything else. Only person that Kemba was able to bring in was Al Jefferson. Nobody of a higher caliber is going to want to come play here. We are going to have to hit in the draft and hopefully sign a big name free agent that would want to play with what we drafted.

Gotta ask Carmelo Anthony anyone?  He was making vet min and looks like Houston might waive him.  Why the fug not IMO.  I’d check on it.

Nah he's a relic who hasn't evolved for the modern NBA. Like Dwight we'd have to abandon pacing and spacing for him to be effective and you can't win like that anymore.

PF is the need tho for sure.

    • I find it more like now that I have been forced to watch Young so much it isn’t as much of a shock to my senses.   Desensitized they call it.   For real, it just looks normal almost now. Where the first game of 2023 I wasn’t sure what I was looking at it was so out of bounds for NFL type play. I literally couldn’t make sense of what I had seen vs Atlanta that first week.
    • Lynch in SF. Great is subjective but he has done pretty well there.
    • Sure, except Stroud has the ability to stretch the field with deep passes. He did that often last night with ease, but couldn’t connect on many due to being flustered by the defense. BY9 gets flustered and can’t throw screens, let alone even think about any deeper passes. Stroud would’ve changed the franchise and done more with the situation last year. My thought at least.    the hope is that last year showed tepper that he needed to step back from football decisions. There’s a positive in most situations and maybe we’ll see a new tepper in the near future.
