I agree our bigs in general are weak. I know its a perimeter players league these days but rebounding and defense are still important, especially from your 4 and 5 and when MKG is the best among all of your candidates in those areas you suck.  Love Cody but hes only good for screen setting and hustle, you can't really count on him to score, rebound or defend at a particularly high level with any consistency.

PG - Kemba will re-sign and be the Mayor of Charlotte (nods to TD)
SG - Monk will keep developing his D.. and become more consistent on O
SF - Bridges' upside is scary.. Blake Griffon-esque
PF- **crickets**
C- Zeller/Willy combo is decent for now (ie. Zeller's contract is abysmal).. but today's NBA doesn't need a Allstar Center.. just someone who rebounds, has hands to catch n dunk and protects the rim..

tbh, i think Monk needs to be starting and Lamb coming off the bench.. Lamb was great last year playing the 6th man role.. he was very efficient.. Monk needs to start and see what he does for like 2 weeks..

i just wanna see a little bit of shuffling.. JB already said Bacon is making it hard not to play him consistently..

    • I find it more like now that I have been forced to watch Young so much it isn’t as much of a shock to my senses.   Desensitized they call it.   For real, it just looks normal almost now. Where the first game of 2023 I wasn’t sure what I was looking at it was so out of bounds for NFL type play. I literally couldn’t make sense of what I had seen vs Atlanta that first week.
    • Lynch in SF. Great is subjective but he has done pretty well there.
    • Sure, except Stroud has the ability to stretch the field with deep passes. He did that often last night with ease, but couldn’t connect on many due to being flustered by the defense. BY9 gets flustered and can’t throw screens, let alone even think about any deeper passes. Stroud would’ve changed the franchise and done more with the situation last year. My thought at least.    the hope is that last year showed tepper that he needed to step back from football decisions. There’s a positive in most situations and maybe we’ll see a new tepper in the near future.
