Dante's not going anywhere. He's one of our own draft picks and with the exception of a couple of years has been with us for 9 years. He made a mistake but he's our best special teamer, well liked by all and has never had any off field problems.

I don't know why we signed this guy. It makes no sense unless it's a chance to audition him to take someone else's place that they're not sold on.

we signed this guy apparently because aside from wesley we don't have much in the way of gunners.

he is a week long replacement for wesely who could potentially take someone else's spot on special teams as a gunner. they wanted someone with experience and that is what they got.

I'm agreeing with you. I'm just pointing out that cutting Wesley, one of our best special teamers, would be absurd right now. The Goodson comment was unrelated, as I don't think he'd be best used as a "gunner."
