These Old Grandfathers On Defense Need Time TO Rest

We have an Old veteran defense that needs every inch of those 7 days to rest... and Steelers knew it. Mix that with rookies who are playing their nuts out.... not remotely suprised.

 

I feel bad for the next 5 games or whoever plays us in those games.

I think the fast turnaround with only 3 days to prepare really really screwed us.  Thursday night games are an abomination, especially for the road team.

Ugh, I was afraid this was going to happen

Peppers - 38 years old

Addison - 31

TD - 35

Adams - 37

Love - 31

Olsen - 33

Kalil - 33

Clark - 33

According to stats, we have the 4th oldest team (Raiders, Falcons & Patriots older than us) whereas the Steelers are right in the middle (16th). Plus we're in the 2nd half of the season, so our guys are exhausted & already worn out.

My point is we still played like , especially our elderly D & o-line, but i'm not too worried.
