Hopefully not necessary, but if it doesn't happen over the weekend - yes we need to.  On a separate note, every time Munnerlyn makes a play (1 out of 80), it makes me cringe, because it means we won't get to see if Corn Elder is better.

Honestly think Rivera's conservative nature and coaching philosophy is counter to the talent on the team. 

This should be an aggressive, blitzing, press coverage defense. They have the personnel to put constant pressure on the QB and not letting them get comfortable. You might give up some big plays but you'll force mistakes and turnovers. 

This offense should obviously be a high tempo, unconventional play-calling offense. We saw it the first drive with multiple option runs, but then tried to drop Cam back on the second drive when the defense got toasted on Pittsburgh's first offensive play. Blame Norv, but after 7 years, the HC should have a better pulse on his QB and the talent he's put around him.
