If the emotions of a 6-2 team losing a regular season game in his home city influcence an owner’s personnel strategy, then there may be a larger problem there.

Tepper doesn’t seem like a moron, so I’d imagine he’ll be prudent here. You have to consider the structural/non-emotional pros and cons of making that move at week 10, with a 6-3 record.

The move is a no brainer after we rushed 2 people. Firing Ron is a no brainer to me at seasons end and he has 1 year left. We're not winning a SB under him.

DL has struggled all year. EW (lmbo) had those guys grinding until he took over as DC.

Rivera needs to take over the defense. I don’t mind Washington being on staff, but he cannot be calling the defensive plays.
