Just noticed an interesting statistic that heavily destroys narratives that Kawann Short sucks.

Again, most teams are negating our pass rush by throwing short and dicing up quickly. However, that doesn't mean our guys aren't making an impact whether they're consistent or not.

    Well, that certainly fits what a lot of us have seen. It is difficult to look good when QBs are getting the ball out quickly. But man, we have been getting pressure, just not getting sacks to show for it.

It’s great to see that number but I’d rather see bodies on the ground. If teams are getting our quick, then we need our LBs and Safties playing more intermediate. Force teams to beat us deep and let the past rush get home.

It's crazy how many times Kyle Love has been cut and resigned, but he always is a force when he plays. He's like your favorite pair of athletic shorts. Sure they may be 10 years old and the waistband has lost it's elasticity, but damn are they comfortable.

POO on all the KK haters. We know we have good talent on the line and at LB and our secondary will only get better as the year goes on with Reid still learning the system and Acrion Jackson learning on the fly as a rookie. We could have a nasty team come playoff time
