Special Teams Problem: Attitude, Personnel, or Execution?

We need another Karl Hankton. He was not only the Panthers best ST's player when he was here, but he was also like a coach on the field. He made sure everybody knew what to do, and he set the tone, as far as attitude goes.

something that has never made sense to me.... Foxball requires good field position. Great special teams is a must since it's depended on so often. How the f**k does Crossman fit into that picture?

I never understood why special team coverage was for backups and less than stellar players.....put some dang studs in if what you got ain't working.

Not that I disagree, but seriously we need a real ST coach. I understand the importance of leaders on the field that lead by example, but seriously... it shouldn't be a requirement for keeping the Bucs from taking it to the house.
