Panthers vs. Tampa game tickets

Heading down to Tampa for the game in a few weeks and had a couple questions for those who may know.

Keep in mind there are 4 adults in our party.

Obviously would like to sit together, but I'm wondering what avenue you guys use to purchase your tickets, and when is the best time to do so?

Right now, I'm looking at buying on stub hub, but I'm not tied to them.  Also was wondering when's the best time to purchase?  After TB loses a couple more and they may go down in value?  Do it now and get the seats you want?  Do it the weekend of the game?

I've been to a few away games, just never to TB, and could use a little help.

Also, ashamed to say, but I'm not really sure how the Riot works, but would be willing to learn if that's something that will benefit them, the team, or us.

Stubhub and the week before the game. I went to DC for the Skins game and got midfield club seats for $125. TB will be similarly pathetic.

My flight got pushed a few hours. At least they let me know ahead of time.
