Mike Tolbert was hired as a locker room reporter in recent weeks. Kinda coincides with our surge. He's a great presence in the locker room and even watching his interviews, players generally fug with or fug around. Is it possible just having him covering has helped the team?

I love him being back in this role and it's awesome to have him in the locker room, but think it has zero impact on the field.
