So, Im starting to believe that Shula wasn't the problem with the timeouts and late hikes, and frankly, I don't think it's even Rivera, I think when coming out of the huddle, cam needs more time than some QB's to process the looks he's seeing on the field.  Before the "Derp derp Cam Sucks" idiots will say its because he's not smart, some QBs just process the pre-snap information quicker than others.  Smart QB's understand what they're seeing regardless of how long it takes to process that info, bad/dumb QB's never understand no matter how long they take.
