The media's focus on Jon Gruden has been a blessing to Derek Carr. His play has been terrible and everyone can clearly see that he is not a franchise QB. Media is so focused on Gruden that they forget about Carr.

My next door neighbor is a lifelong Raiders fan. I help him prepare for about 15 people who come Sundays for the games. He had high hopes when Chucky came back. I didn't think they would do all that well this year but I didn't think they would be this bad.

Nfl gonna have to put penalties in place for tanking. Too short of a season with playoff implications to have a team like the raiders giving away free wins.
