how many of each of their snaps were runs

Not a stat that would be easy to find.  But given that we run the ball an average of 4 times more a game than the Falcan'ts do, its safe to say that DJ's snaps contain a slightly higher run percentage.  But the point is that he has been playing, and if one looks at the number of snaps per week, they have generally gone up.

I never really got this. Ridley is more polished at the WR position and will be better next year while we let Moore learn. After both players hit their 5th year they are going to demand a higher pay raise as well. Atlanta can walk away knowing they got 5 years out of a complete player. We will have spent 3 years developing a player to see him walk to another team polished.

There's no promise that we let Moore walk for one. For two, we can't call Ridley a complete player over what... Four games lined up next to Sanu and Julio Jones? The goal of drafting somebody in the first is to have a player you can have on your team a long time. Receiver tend to fall off after 31 almost universally. Ridley will be two years away from that going into his first non rookie contract. Moore will be 5 years away. You can say what you want but that's a big difference. Was Ridley better than DJ Moore three years ago compared to Ridley now? I doubt it considering he got held back in school twice in an era where lots of kids get grades simply for playing sports.

Like all the value we got out of Funchess? Not all 1st rounders become stars but the fact is Ridley is good and can run the route tree. Moore is good too but we can only use him sparingly. In 5 years Cam Newton will be a 13 year vet and a rebuild might be on the way.

In five years Matt Ryan will be 38 and a rebuild might be on the way. In five years Julio will be turning 35 and a rebuild night be on the way.

Cam has won with minimal talent at WR and an inconsistent run game through his career. Why would we need a rebuild more than a Tampa, Saints or Falcons in five years?

Man I swear if people don't quit using the "Ridley has the benefit of playing with Julio and Sanu" excuse. It doesn't matter who he is playing with he is producing. Stop trying to discredit his ability because he is playing with other great WR's. It looks stupid and petty. Give the man his props he is balling point blank!

You are missing the point. The Falcons know all this and it's exactly why they wanted Ridley. Your playoff window isn't going to last years. With our talent if we don't win in the next 3 we are rebuild. The Saints will be rebuilding in two with Brees gone. The point is you don't draft a developmental player round one or two chasing a SB. You do it when you're rebuilding.

I never said he wasn't balling. But do you think Juju is as great as he has been through two years without teams having to double Antonio Brown? It's not an excuse. It's like when a stud player leaves his current team because he wants to be the man somewhere else and his stats aren't close to the same. There's a lot more than just talent shining though that makes a player. Situations matter.

The Falcons have all that talent and they don't even have a playoff window this year.

Well they thought they did and injuries closed it. I mean they did make the playoffs last year. It's not like they are in rebuild mode.

Bro this is football either you produce or you don't. Stop using the talent of another teammate as an excuse for his production. He can't help he got drafted to the Falcons. In the fact that he is producing with other talented WR's on his team speaks to his ability and work ethic to still stand out on a stacked offense.

Again, I repeat, again, Ridley has played exceptionally well. That's a fact. Having ultra talented players to make it so you don't see double or triple teams like Julio also helps make it easier on you. That's a fact as well.
