I wouldn't risk him returning kicks.  I'd have Moore or Byrd returning kicks.  Maybe McCaffrey in some circumstances.

Not Moore please after those fumbles. Take him off ST as a returned, just as a gunner if at all.

Samuel almost always makes the wrong decison regrading the return.

byrd should be our primary returner on both kickoffs and punts. He's the best we've had in a very long time.

Just want to take the time to say how good Samuel has been as a gunner on punts. Consistently the 1st down the field and helped pin the Ravens on the 1.
