i'm just seeing people clamouring for DE and safety help and while DE wasn't expected (even though things have picked up in last two weeks), the signing of Poe irked me at the time and my gut was right. Reid is panning out, Jackson looks to be the first 2nd rounder that has ever panned out for him but the gaulden pick was still a bad pick and the breeland debacle was just that but then Jackson wouldn't be starting.

You mean during the period of time a team built on a foundation to win at least 2 SBs was gutted of its opportunity, its talent, its reputation in free agency, and its much needed skill position youth through the draft? That all led to a core of players preDG leaned on, stretched thin and made carry a talent/skill starved team. Makes what Hurney did for the team even more amazing in 2015.
