I’m not the biggest Hurney fan but he has had a good year since he came back. 

You can say the Smith trade, but we got rid of Worley and gotten more production from Smith than the Eagles or Raiders have gotten from Worley. 

How about signing Clark off the street to our team and out performing Ryan Kalil? 

Signig Eric Reid? 

Drafting Ian Thomas? 

Drafting Donte Jackson? 

Helping fire Shula and hiring Turner? 

Efe Obada? 

DJ Moore? 

I don’t want to list everything, but he has been a nice change since being back.

Yeah I am one of the biggest Gettleman fans in here and was ripshit when we fired him out of nowhere but I gotta say I really like the new and improved Hurney so far.

I'm still iffy on Hurney. He did okay early on last time too, but the longer the team was under his leadership the more mediocre it got.

Today though, my biggest peeve is with Rivera. How many times does something have to slap him in the face before he gets it?

I'm tired of feeling like our head coach's personnel decisions are an obstacle we have to overcome rather than something that helps us win.

I swear.

Beating the number 1 defense, getting 36 points.  2.5x what they normally give up.  Win a good game.  Just enjoy it.

What would it take?

At this point I think the Panthers could win a superbowl, 50-3.  And someone would post something about how a coach, gm, etc is screwing everything up.

Moore was NOT the consensus number 1 receiver in the draft. 

Reid was the best safety available when our man went down. Moreover, he himself said that he signed here because Carolina had the best offer (but in RumHammy's world, Hurney didn't have anything to do with that).

Gaulden is a rookie trying to make a transition from college to the pros, and, that's right, a position switch as well. He's a smart player, so give him time before you declare him a miss (like maybe some time in year two or three).

Trying to blame Hurney for a good value pick at receiver with low risk is pretty crazy, but to blame him for coaches' decisions regarding personnel is pure lunacy.

Give us a break!
