Thats exactly the problem, the guy has never cared about Really being balanced and efficient on offense. Take Cams workload out and we are consistently one of the worst offenses in the league. We have won games like this  but this style eventually comes back to bite us everytime and we never get over that hump. He has already made it known he has no interest in changing anything. This is why i am ready for a  new coach.
