 no, he didn't just duck him, he finished the move.  it was sweet as all get out.  maybe the org will pay the fine for him.   and, people tackle cam like that in that exact situation.   as long as they don't break the tackling rules they're fine.

reid was targeted by ertz and the NFL. 

no way can you look at that and not say that reid was trying to fend off an ertz attack on him. to fine reid and not ertz is showing something that shows more than a little bias against reid by the league.

it's a shame but not surprising. 

Just like his interception that got reversed.
