All I can say is,..

Remember 2005,...

Foster went down,.. Stephen Davis was stuck on Injured reserve because no one designated him to come back— and it was Nick Goins time,..

so hell to the no

It would have been really hard to designate him to return considering that option didn't exist until 2012.

So does that mean you agree that getting rid of CJ and having no credible running back to take us into the playoffs like the 2005 Panthers is a repeat of the past?

And the correction would be that Stephen Davis did not have to be put on injured reserve at all, as it was widely talked about him being healthy enough to play in the playoffs in 2005.

So there,.. now go eat some more toilet paper.

Exactly.

Except there was no designation to return back then.

Can never have enough good running backs.

We need CJ.

CAP before CJ.

CJ has proven way more than CAP has and we'll need his experience if something happens to CMC.

I'm not sure who all might be looking for a RB right now, but Philly, NYJ, and maybe BUF come to mind. CAP would only be worth a conditional 5-7th rounder.

Also, I like how I can refer to all our RBs with 3 letters or less.

This CJ has been a 1,000 yard back as recent as last year I believe.

Yeh— the controversy was that Davis could have played against the Seahawks and may have been the difference so everyone didn’t gang of 5 Steve Smith everywhere he went,..

but he was inactive for the game, and the word was he could have dressed.

it really doesn’t matter the specifics

the point was if we get rid of CJ, and CMac goes down,..

then what?
