Why does it seem like the Saints are after every FA and every player that ask for a trade even though they have no cap room each year?

I wish our Front Office was this aggressive in making moves.

More evidencevthat if you want a player, regardless of cap room, you can make it happen.  The Taints already have our number, so if they get him, we are in for some poo.  This sucks.

At the very least trade for him to keep him from going there.

Any GM with any brains doesn’t want a CB with that cap number.  It amazes me...these CBs are nice to have but they don’t win games for the most part.  We need a pass rusher.

Saints have also squandered many years with a HOF QB in Brees by having to fill roster spots with UDFA's and/or 3rd rate players b/c of wasted money on big FA busts and bad draft picks.  Their draft last year was exceptional and brought them back into contention, but signing every FA out there has failed more than it's worked, and especially for the Saints
