    Lots goes into being that successful. He has had lots of help for sure. Good things just seem to happen for him.

Rivera was pivitol in trusting and drafting #1(some gm/coaches admittedly wouldn't have), drafting #59,#99, bringing back #90, keeping #58 etc. There are coaches who would have insisted that we go another way on all those decisions. He deserves credit.

See those plays are the coaches fault.  If Cam makes a bad play it’s not Cam making a bad play, overthrowing receivers or staying in the pocket too long. It’s bad coaching.
