I'd like to do it as soon as possible. If we're going to make a switch, find our guy and tank for a good pick. This is not Panthers football. It's embarrassing

he'll finish out the season, then be offered a "promotion" to a front office position because that's how things work in the corporate world.

I still believe that Rivera isn't a bad coach.  Not good, but not bad.  But its time to move on.

Suppose Tepper agrees with you and fires Rivera after the season.   Who is the Sean McVay you want to hire?  What head coach/OC/DC do you want to see?

I am not a fan of replacing Rivera and believe bringing in a new system will be cost us at minimum one more season.

Eh, no benefit to doing it mid-season.  And there is no reason to think the players don't love Rivera, so if anything you'd just be destroying team morale.  

Just play it out.  I mean, we're still 3-3.
