It's the new "cool" word for right wingers to call people they don't agree with. It basically calls their manhood into question. Please note that the word is generally used in groups where young, ultraconservative men sit around and disparage women, make fun of men who aren't part of the group and try to convince each other that they aren't just waiting for the circle jerk to start. 

The word has been popping up here quite a bit and it's beginning to sound like a pre-school class when one of the kids walks in with a bad word.

Our defense has kept them to 17 points despite being on the field all day.

I’m not saying the defense is playing well...in fact I’m pouting tpwarxs the opposite. I’m saying that’s good enough for a team who has invested in the offense who should have more than 14 points at this point in the game. 

The offense should have won this game.
