Two straight weeks of wwe level shenanigans on Monday night football. Tune in next week for the New York Giants revival and the presumed dead corpse of Eli Manning putting up 350 in a 42-38 barn burner in Atlanta.

Hope they screw the falcons

That will be quite the battle between the Giants offense and Falcons defense... Movable object meets stoppable force...

Aaron Rodgers isn't working the clock and getting down the field like this with Ron Rivera calling the shots on the headset.

McCarthy isn't stuck in the 1980's.

McCarthy was gonna run out the clock, but Montgemory ran for 15 yards. Believe me McCarthy is just as clueless

No real need too. The nfl just needs a story. They get one regardless of the outcome of that game. It’s either:

if the giants win:  Can the giants right the ship and make a push in the nfc east?

or

if the falcons win:  as winners of two straight, are the falcons a contender in the nfc again?

Hell of a game, came down to the 9er’s QB throwing an ill timed interception after an otherwise great performance and Sherman keepo Rodgers on the field by granbing onto that receiver (then again it looked like if he didn’t he was going to get burnt so maybe an executive decision to give the 1st instead pf a TD If Rodgers had time to throw it that way). Rodgers is seriously the master of 4th quarter come from behind victories.

Interception didn’t matter. It was 3rd down and essentially a good punt if you compare it to an incompletion.

Yep. That was bad. 3rd and 17 and an illegal contact call when Rodgers was sacked. SF would have gotten the ball back near midfield with 40 seconds and 1 timeout (use one after sack). @LinvilleGorge May be salty but Sherman’s penalty was clearly less than the holding on Wright and Wright was actually the targeted WR.

I don’t care what people say, the refs are determining games. No call and SF probably gets a chance at a game winning FG. You can call OL holding or defensive holding on every play and the refs seem to pick and choose. To call that on Sherman means the ref was looking for the call and to not call it on Wright means they were ignoring it. Rodgers gets call on a sack and Cam doesn’t when he throws it to the guy who got mugged.

After watching Wright get hear hugged with no call then watching NFL refs hold Rodgers' hand all the way down the field tonight to setup Crosby's redemption kick... yeah, my sodium levels are critical.

Regardless of whether the refs contributed or not, do you think there's any way Rivera would do what the Packers just did last night? Hell no! 1 minute left, he would've ran it for OT. Maybe even kneeled it. 11 seconds left, he would've probably tried to kick it from there. 6 seconds left, no way does he try to take a shot at the end zone. Makes me even more angry at him watching other teams do logical things.
