Tepper should bench Ron at halftime.  Just like how you take out players for their backups.  Bench fuging Rivera and have someone with their balls in-tact make the head coaching decisions (which luckily for our sakes doesn't include much, because Ron is useless).

Please,,,,, NO more option play.  It rarely works and not worth it for the few times it does.   Especially don’t run it on 2nd and long.

Seriously, I am not confident that Ron has the acumen to fix this problem and win the game--I think he would be a LB position coach for Cal if not for Cam Newton and Luke.
