Oh I fully understand that is is not healed, which apparently you cannot comprehend.

You said "there is zero chance it is still broken".....that is #FakeNews.

You're an idiot.

If you want a chance to become less of an idiot on this particular subject, you can read through this:

Haha....you could read on the topic for the next 3 weeks and would stand no chance of getting up to speed as it relates to my understanding of type injury, the state of the injury, and the ramifications thereof.

Come back to me in 5 weeks pal.

If you knew anything about the subject, you'd know you can't play fuging football on a broken metatarsal. If you do anything in the medical field I hope you have damn good malpractice insurance, Dr. Nick.

Are you suggesting the bone was never re-broken in week 1 against the Cowboys?

Or are you suggesting that the bone miraculously "healed" in the space of 4 weeks or less?

Has to be one of the two......which is it?

Dr. Bombay

Probably a stress fracture in week one. He's definitely not playing football on a broken fifth metatarsal.

Are you saying it is 100% healed......yes, or no?

I'm saying that it's 100% as good as it's going to to get without surgery. You know, the same thing I've been saying this entire thread. Hes definitely not out there playing on a "broken" fifth metatarsal that's literally in two pieces and we wouldn't be rushing him back out there on a partially healed fracture that would get better with time.

What exactly are you trying to get at? Do you think he's playing football on a broken fifth metatarsal?

"Surgery"...?

In what state would a bone need to be in order for surgery to be indicated as a proper course of action?

You're the supposed doctor. Why do you have all the questions and none of the answers?

I don't think it's out of thw question at all that the bone is in a position where it is not going to be healed in a way that is going to be as stable as it would be with a surgical procedure to better stabilize it. That doesn't mean that it isn't healed to the best of its ability without surgical intervention. Surgery would mean IR. We're trying to see if it'll hold up because it's as good as it's going to get without surgery.
