First Game of Week VI : Eagles at Giants Thread

Thursday night games need to end.  The winner is whatever team is healthiest instead of who has the better team.  Asking pro football players to travel and play another game after a couple days rest is ridiculous.  In the NFL where one game can impact the playoffs, Thursday night games should not be played.  I don't see how the NFL can tout player safety then continue to play these games.

As I’ve been saying all the week, the Giants are an AWFUL team and we needed a miracle to beat them. 

At best we go 1-1 over these next 2 weeks

Our O-line has given Cam great protection all season, but I worry that Fletcher Cox is going to bring out the "undrafted" in some of these dudes.

This place is sleeping on the skins. I’m expecting 0-2 over the next two weeks. I hope I’m wrong.

Yeah that’s why I said “at best”. Both games are going to be extremely tough. The Skins getting embarrassed Monday night definitely didn’t help our chances

That's what I mean. Philly is the only legit threat in that division. The NFC East won't have a wild card team.

They lost by 12 to the monster Colts at home and got embarrassed by NO.

The Redskins aren’t a playoff team. Any fan who’s expecting us to lose doesn’t know much about the Redskins and fell for the #1 before the Saints walked all over them. 

Skins are lauded for their run def but Indy packers and cards have no run games. Cmc and cam should shred them!

Honestly the packers were running the ball pretty well against them, they just fell behind early so they didn't stick with it.

Aaron Rodgers on a bum knee had a couple decent pick ups against them, I expect cam to have 50+ rush yards.

Agreed we need to get one of these next two. If they could find a way to snatch both of them that would be even better
