why the panic over the giants win??

Right now the Panthers are a good team not a great team..yet

Fans are looking for that consistency that could lead to a Super Bowl win not a first round lost in the playoffs

giants area team that have a good bit of talent, but who just can't find their groove or get their heads right. They know that there are problems but they just can't seem to get it together and they weren't ready to give up. they were desperate this week and were playing at the top of their potential. this was a bigger game for them than for us so they brought more and fought hard through the miserable hot and humid conditions there on that field. 

this was just another game for us. they brought everything they had and every bit of intensity they could muster. this was a wounded and dangerous animal that was backed into a corner and we just showed up to play. they played at a level they had been trying and failing to pull off all year. they gave it everything they had and we still beat them.

the giants were playing at 100% of what they were capable of and we were probably 75-80% and we still won. the falcons played at 100% when they played us and we weren't anywhere close to playing at 100% and the falcons just barely beat us at home. 

what this team has shown me is that once we hit our stride, we can be the most lethal team in the game. too many teams start out hot and fizzle in short time. that's not us. we're still just getting things worked out with a new OC and a new DC. 

point is, i'm not worried. we are doing what it takes to win...ugly or not, we are getting it done and we will continue to.

I mean you can say that about nearly every team. If you lose your starting quarterback then you more than likely aren’t going to be successful.

In 2015 we had the same type of game almost identical endings and i remeber people saying that was such a great finish and were all excited , whats the difference ??? Yes our defense looks terrible but vs our big bad defense in 2015 and a worse giants team they put up more points vs us , so im finding it hard to see why people are mad ? we scored 33 points . This is a great win in my book.ALSO remember people the panthers are not good early in the season under rivera and off the bye and we are 3-1 , we get better as the year goes on remember that. we never have an easy win , so when we do win lets celebrate the win like every other team . This was a playoff game for the Giants - win or the season is over, and Shula's revenge game.   Giants will not play as good as they did on Sunday for the rest of the season, so considering that, we beat a desperate team.

I was relieved after the win against the Giants.

I'm not panicking, and I'm certainly not dispirited, with a 3-1 record but .........

I'm concerned that unless our Offence becomes more consistent, and our Defence gets a pass rush, then we'll struggle to make the play-offs, and even if we do, it'll be a swift exit in the first game.
