Crowd Yesterday Was Electric

Telecast can put their mics wherever they want for the kind of telecast they want.

The TV announcers also couldn't keep the collective genitals of the NYG out of their mouths either.

Now, I'm not saying there was a conspiracy or anything but...

I got so tired of how resilient they were for continuing to fight back.

I don’t think it was bad, it looked like he led with the crown of the helmet. It sucks, but it’s the rules.

On the replay, the guy going for the ball made contact with his head and it made a violent jerking action, but he was going for the ball not trying to hit Funchess.  The next guy from the side hit shoulder first.  He did make contact with his head after his body hit, but not hardly at all.  I think the referee saw his head move from the first guy and thought it was the guy from the side.  This isn't as good as the replay they had on TV, but it's showing the same thing.

Even going back and watching the highlights, crowd was loud and reactive. One corner yesterday started with here we go giants chants but there was certainly life. Good bit of giants fans but still more panthers fans there.

We were in the section next to those fans. They weren't obnoxious, just loud. From the corner through the end zone. Most visiting fans aren't organized enough to chant together but these were. I was actually impressed. It wasn't as bad as the Texans/Cowboys game last night though.

Sir Purr came up into the aisle with the SHHHHHHH sign for awhile. That was funny and probably got them to cheer louder while he was there lol. I know their cheering had the Panther fans in those sections cheering louder when we were on defense.

The seats where embarrassingly empty at the start of the second half, and club seats empty a good portion of the second half from what I could tell on TV. Wish I was surprised.

The sun was brutal. The fans were there but probably standing in the shade offered in the club level lounges or in the tunnels where there was a breeze.

easily 60/40 mix of Panthers/Giants fans...loudest I've heard at a game for the visiting team.  I hope Tepper has some ideas on how to fix these seats being occupied by opposing fans.  I bet the Steelers rarely see over 20% opposing fanbases.
