We do have the faintest clue. What he's said about himself and his own words and how he's said he would go about running a team.

He was also included in that list of people who were wanting to fire Mike Tomlin. We don't have confirmation on whether it was all of them or which ones but he hasn't come out and denied it either has he. It'd be easy to be like "na I wasn't wanting to get Tomlin fired". Has he? hmmm

Yea we do have indicators and we have the faintest clue(s).

Nah.  Gonna disagree with you on that.  That's some anecdotal sh*t if I've ever seen it.

Regardless, Rivera is a good coach, and has helped us sustain success we've never had before as a franchise, even if that success is just a hair above mediocrity.  I do think we are seeing his twilight.  Unfortunately, I fear people may not realize how poor the alternatives can be.  The hit rate for new coaches in the NFL is STAGGERINGLY low.  I don't want us to be caught up as one of those teams that's getting a new head coach every three years.

Yeah 3-1 is not a very good record. Now those Falcons, I wish we had that coach.

3-1 is a good record, but we lost to the 1-4 Falcons,  needed a 63 yarder to beat the lowly Giants, and were not impressive during the opener vs. Dallas.  We ran all over the Bengals and had 4 interceptions, and yet we were only leading by 1 score in the 4th quarter.

This suggests that we are not opportunists.  We play to the level of our competition. We blew leads last year, etc.  However, I have to wonder if running the ball before the kick was not a decision that made Tepper wonder about the coaching staff.

We are fairly healthy, we had 2 weeks to prepare. We barely beat a 1-win team.  At home.

Here is another point:  Cam is best when he plays up tempo.  When we get to the LOS with 10-12 seconds for Cam to study the defense, he is more successful.  Yesterday, we were breaking the huddle between 15 and 10 seconds left.

Now think about the timeout we lost because we can not manage the clock. It could have been the difference.

Now consider his  talent evaluation.  I  think the fact that he is a player''s coach means that he develops relationships with  the players.  That means it is hard for him to be objective.  He plays favorites.  He does not trust rookies.

Ron is not strategic.  We lose leads because he gets outcoached at the half.  Ron is a player's coach--they like him, but a strategic leader he is not.

ROFL you can disagree with the report all you want to.

Something to note:
The concerns relate to the increasingly obvious issues with decision-making in key moments of the game. "

Between Ron Rivera and Sean Payton guess whose won more games since 2011 since Rivera has been coach of the Panthers.

Guess which Belichick won more games. The Browns Belichick or the Patriots Belichick.

Steve Smith doesn't have the numbers WRs on pass teams have or the numbers he would have had otherwise. Guess which WRs Smitty is better than.

ROFL Ron Rivera on the Saints Brees would be handing the ball off to Mike Bell and Reggie bush 30 times a game scared to let Brees throw it.

They'd have never taken the bags off their heads. Meanwhile Payton on our team we win that SB. Shiiiit Cam + Payton....even Cam would rather have that poo.

Sean Payton beat a prime Manning and Rivera's defense couldn't stop an actual crippled 1 arm no neck Manning who literally couldn't throw the ball.

Offense is just one half of football, you need defense to win games as well.

2014, 2015, 2016 the Saints went 7-9 three consecutive seasons while fielding the worst defenses in the league.

Payton has Drew Brees the soon to be all-time leading passer in NFL history, so although he might have been great coaching Cam I don't think his team's ability to score points has been the problem.

We won, and I rather win 15 unimpressive victories against unimpressive teams than 5 beautiful victories over impressive teams.

Yup and we're talking coaches. Brees wouldn't be the soon to be all time leading passer in NFL history if Ron Rivera was their coach.

Cam on the other hand.....would have even more HoF worthy stats if Payton was his HC....it'd be more than his rushing and his HC holding him back on passing.
