Indecisive route running contributed to both interceptions. He faked Cam out on both of the plays, the first one he acted like he was going inside in front of the defender but kep going vertical. The second he started running to Cam’s left then stopped as Cam threw a pick expecting Ian to keep moving.  Both of these are correctable and I hope Thomas will continue to get better and develop the chemistry with Cam.

He played like a rookie today. Hope Greg can bounce back soon. Ian is still getting valuable experience right now.

Yep.  He's got the skills, just needs the discipline in his game.  His ceiling is unreal and he had another great 3rd down catch today that didn't count.

First INT was definitely Thomas but sitting in an open area is often what he’s supposed to do when the 2nd one happened. Little unclear if that was his fault.

Rookie mistakes can be fixed what can’t be fix is lack of talent. And he has plenty of talent unlike manhertz

Agree, on that one int cam was getting rushed and equally rushed the throw and put it on a bad spot. Thomas could have done a better job reacting to the ball. Just a good defensive play

I put blame on them equally.

Yep. Adams and Bradberry really saved our asses on defense today. They played some damn good football. The DL was nonexistent and even Luke was quiet.

I thought the same at first but he didn’t just sit, he started to move and then stopped. When you just sit, like Olsen typically does, he doesn’t flinch and puts his hands out expecting the pass. These are subtle split second decisions that come with experience.

Yep. He’s a rookie. I won’t kill him for it, as it’s just the growing pains of a raw 4th round prospect.

We def need Greg Olsen back healthy.

Jeez,.. OJ Howard looked almost like a lost cause his first season,... I know because I live in Orlando and get the Bucs games,...yuck.

Now he's looked like a first round tightend,.. good routes, catches strong,.. blocks well.

Ian was drafted later,.. was thrown into the Olsen shoes really fast. No excuse, hes got to get better,.. but we won so everyone should chill.  Also chill the Cam sucks stuff. His Ints were on receivers, he threw good passes, made the right decisions.  

DJ is starting to come on, Samuel got through the game without injury,..Ian will get better.  Great teams often start off ugly,.. but if you can get to 3-1 ugly, imagine what happens when it clicks?

Ian had some nice plays, not sure who is to blame on those 2 routes.  One time it looked like he was supposed to sit down and Cam threw a bad pass.  Hard to tell really.  Cam certainly made some bad decisions throughout the day.  I think the offense would work better if we stayed with what is working.  Early on we had some nice passing plays and it looked like an easy victory then we got all conservative and kept trying to run up the middle which just wasn't working but we kept doing it because we have the lead.     None of this is surprising because it is a recurring theme of the Rivera era.

He was raw coming in...lessons learned today.  He will be a great one.
