WTF is wrong with our defense

Just like on offense vet players that are not producing are getting the bulk of the snaps while young talent continue to flash and make the most of their opportunities and just like on offense sadly it’s might take a injury to get the right personnel on the field.

The biggest problem with our team right now is the lack of effective pass rush. Now I think this problem is two fold. One our pass rush is aging, they aren't getting there quite as quickly as they used to. The second problem is how teams are scheming us. They are getting the ball out quickly which is in part to how far our coaches scheme our CBs to play deep off the line. 

 

If I had the rewind I would go back and look at all passing plays and see how effective we are when our CBs bump and run vs. sit back in zone.

No doubt in my mind though are round 1 pick next year has to be an edge rusher
