Because you need a back up in case someone gets hurt. What difference does it make? You still have to have the same roster size, and CAP is good insurance for the position.

Andre Smith active and Corn not?  We must really not respect their ability to pass very well because we're going into the game with only 3 active corners, that has the potential to go sideways quick if someone gets injured.

Why the hell is corn elder inactive? Its a passing league and who the hell only goes in to a game with 3 cornerbacks?
