Nope, definitely on OBJ since it appeared the ball hit him in the leg as he was going for the block. Sure the other guy shouldn't have "fumbled" but we've seen those type of drops on muffs all the time in the league so they aren't easy to scoop and run.

I really dont fugging get it when OCs have that auto-1st down under center on 3rd and short and they choose to hand the ball off 4 yards deep in the backfield.

I guess the only thing that can be said for it is it MIGHT set up a later deep shot on PA, but damn.
