You think your life being hard negates racism. It doesn't

Truth is, when you hear people talk about privilege, even in a way that's educational and calm, you get upset bc you personally weren't able to benefit from it as much as you'd like. I can explain to you how white privilege doesn't mean "all white people are rich and have it easy" and you'd ignore it bc you're bitter and racist yourself. Sorry you had a hard life.

Everything is racist, noted.

Truth is you get your panties in a wad when I brought up the AA communities main problems. Did you acknowledge any 1 of those topics, nope. Instead you went strait to everything is racist and were all oppressing black people. Stay brainwashed

I'm still confused though why do  people think they where protesting the flag....I thought they where showing there solidarity against police brutality during the anthem.

Is   McCarthyism the reason for the forced patriotism anyway?

I read the article above as well, and to be quite frank, my grandparents weren’t poo. All of this boils down to a generational inheritance. As I stated much earlier in the thread, just because one is white does not mean he comes from wealth. Same can be applied to wealthy black families. So I pose the question. Is it fair for a black male who owns a wealthy inherticance to attend school for free based on the color of his skin while a white male from a long line of poverty has to pay for his education in full?

You can’t answer yes to to this question and continue to debate that inequality is solely a minority thing. It’s why I commented on this post to begin with. Being white does not predispose you to some sense of entitlement or privilege. Just as being born black does not predispose you to a life of poverty and being stereotyped by authority. Each life is unique and in this great country can be crafted to each of our liking to some extent or another based on God given abilities and hard work.

It's hard for you to have this conversation.  How can you keep talking about a black man with money, which represents .00001% of his whole group, to a poor white man, who represents 4-5% of his group?  This conversation is about the group!!!!!  Take a look at this chart.....

5-95_0.png

You see that blue line?  That represents white Americans as a whole, and what I see is more than half of all white families have at least 100k in net worth.  Look at the green line.  That represents black people, and that line only begins to lift once you reach around the 60% mark.  Here's the same chart by the actual numbers.....

table_0.png

Look at that!  This basically says 65% of all black people (ALL) have the same amount of wealth as the bottom 30% of white America.  Yet you want to talk to me about poor white men, when almost all of black people are poor as dirt.  That's not going to fly with me.  I don't know what to tell you.

Same ole song, everyone else's fault but their own

No, you're being obtuse because you're bitter that black people are protesting for equal treatment and you feel like you haven't been represented, as a white person with a hard life. We're literally presenting data and links that shows why we think the way we do, as well as our own anecdotal evidence, but you don't buy it bc you were born poor. You said it yourself.

And we also explained how poverty affects blacks more than whites, and all the problems that come along with that like crime, and you ignored it. Special Juan is egging you on with pie but you're really just showing your racism with every post.

Regurgitating some phrase like its racist. Brainwashed

You haven't added poo to this thread besides your lived experiences, which i actually totally empathize with because income inequality is bullshit and college is fuging expensive and life really is hard for a lot of people. But you can't help but harbor animosity towards black people who have the audacity to speak up about racism. That says more about you than anything else.

I thought Trump was to help out the  poor white men.

right?

actual I didn't pay attention to  2016 election  but I thought that's what poor white guys  liked Trump for so shouldn't  poor white people be winning since Trump is in office.

it sure is, his cock is also showing

You are literally only in this thread to stir up trouble with supposedly clever one word or one sentence statements.  Hoping for a car wreck.  This is actually a rare thread where politics and football are both being discussed as they relate to the Panthers and our new signing.  It is a very important time to be a Panther fan and to understand the feelings of both sides.

Your attempts to trivialize and sensationalize  with juvenile responses just went over the line so take the night off.

Also,  no one is arguing that inequality doesn't affect white people or anyone else. It affects black people worse bc of past and current systems of racism. Matthias has painstakingly tried to explain this.

At this point i think you're being obtuse on purpose.
