Just to revisit this a little, I mean ok.  It really looked like a first down live but ok.  The fumble on the sack was unacceptable though.  If that happened to the Panthers I would have a serious problem with that one.  Clear fumble and possible scoop for a TD and they call it dead?  That one was amazingly bad.
