I’m at work, I don’t have a lot of time to post clips and threads, however ATL forum seems to be pretty congratulatory/worried.

NO board says Brees will abuse Reid and there’s a couple posters that side with the signing.

 

Tampa forum hasn’t even posted on the topic, they’re still trying to figure out why Jameis’ first words at his presser coming back were “Did you miss me?”

He is indeed dumb as a rock, but Ryan Fitzpatrick is not a good QB and there was no way he was going to keep that up for an extended period of time.

Jameis isn't exactly great himself and Fitz has been better in these last three games than Jameis ever was.

Yeah Fitz is a journeyman but would you rather pay him a few million a year or Winston 20+ million a year?  That extra cash would go a long way towards building up the rest of the team.
