The concussion problem will still be a concern, but obviously the Panthers believe he'll contribute enough that they're willing to take the risk.

What makes it really surprising though is the lawsuit. Wonder what happens to that now.

I'd add that given how controlling the Panthers are when it comes to the media, it makes me wonder if Torrey Smith knew something was going on when he made his statements.
