People have bandied the idea of trading for Karl Joseph around. Me being a WVU homer, I certainly wouldn't mind it. Don't know if there's any reasonable expectation of it happening though.

Beyond that, the guys who are unemployed right now are unemployed for a reason. You could go for a guy like Mike Mitchell but you're really not getting much there.

Best case scenario is probably for Rashaan Gaulden to grow into the job. Sadly, that means to rookies starting in the secondary. Not sure how well Ron Rivera's going to go for that.

Yeah unfortunately outside of Reid it's two former Panthers we don't want. Mitchell is basically a SS that is a flag machine in the NFL today and Boston isn't a carolina fan.

The train tracks between Buffalo and Charlotte are still working well.  The Buffalo Panthers just made a trade with us.  These two teams do a lot of business.  I guess that won't change as long as the front office in Buffalo remains the same.  Hopefully this is a valuable pick up.
