lol, about as useless of a pick as you could trade. nice hurndawg.

Beane's not a moron, and I seriously doubt Marty was looking to take advantage of an old friend.

This is a favor, maybe in return for something Hurney did previously or maybe something that'll get Beane a "quid pro quo" down the road.

Clark was. Played every snap the last 2 games.  Like a big ol' grouper, just waiting to be reeled up.

We don't really know how good Clark is going to be over the long haul, though.

Right now, my hope I that he'll be an adequate stopgap for this season. So far, he's better than Kalil at least, though he's had some lapses (one big one last game). He's also 32 and was unemployed for a reason. We'll see how it plays out over the rest of the year.

Moton is still probably going to be the best left tackle option down the road. If Williams comes back healthy and re-signs, then we've got bookends. Sad to say I don't think that's guaranteed either.

Nothing in life ever is.  All we can do is rejoice in the time we're given.

It would be great to get Williams and Moton locked in. I think that is a tandem we can work with. We will see what the market dictates.

I swear we throw darts at a board to make these decisions. Not upset just confused. Kalil is done at least.

Now give Eric Reid a prove it deal plz

Can you say for sure that Reid would sign a "prove it" deal?

Given that he's actually suing the NFL, I don't know that I'd be comfortable saying that.
