Cam was sliding to remain in bounds, his momentum was carrying him out of bounds. He could have gotten a few more yards, but it didnt matter at that point. We were well within FG range and the clock was running.

The ball is marked where the slide starts.

Um, yes? My point is his momentum is carrying him towards the out of bounds marker and he has bengals closing around him. Getting five more yards was irrelevant at that point.

The only thing that mattered at that point in the game was the first down and Cam knew that. He got it then slid.

Also, didn’t realize it during the game but he totally could have gotten a taunting penalty there if the refs felt like it for the ball flip that hits a bengals player.
