This signing exhibits just how comfortable/lazy/underwhelming our coaching staff is in their evaluation of our safety position. We have an old man starting beside a ST ace...the latter of which looked awful on Sunday. Oh yeah, we have a converted cornerback-to-safety that we just drafted, but isn't ready for full time starter status yet. We look crisp on offense and once TD is back, pretty solid in our front seven. A healthy Jackson and we've got a great tandem at CB with he and Bradberry. 

Why oh why can our front office/coaching staff not dip their toe in the safety pool via trade or FA? The NFC South is going to beat each other up this year, and we need some help on our back end so badly.
