McCaffery's pace

Through three games he has 271 rushing yards on 46 carries (5.9 YPC) and 22 catches for 157 yards. That's 428 total yards through only three games, an average of 143 yards a game. That's nearly 2,300 total yards over a whole season - as far as I can tell the best total yardage any Panther has had in a season in around 1,600. 

Throw in some TDs an we're looking at a legit OPOY candidate. McCaffery is a special talent and we're just now seeing what he can do.

He won't maintain it.  Give it a couple more weeks of film and people will scheme to stop him.  That's fine.

What matters is how we adjust to that.

I don’t think these numbers are sustainable and I actually hope CJ gets more touches because we want cmac to be as fresh aspossible if/when we make the playoffs. He’s getting a fugton of touches.

That would be quite the trick without an opponent next week, but damn I can see it happening.
