Yea, Williams peak >> Stewart's.  Even in 2011, Williams was still the better back.

I think people forget how good Williams was.  His 2008 was soooooo good.

Stewart had great potential, I just don't think he ever lived up to it. And yes, injuries certainly played a significant role in that.

No! Peak Williams was one of the very best running backs in the league. The same couldn't be said for Stewart.

He was a workhorse today. Noticed he did it on the ground and not receiving. Now if he can combine both rushing and receiving consistently he can be a Marshall Faulk type rb and not the Danny Woodhead type rb people like to compare him to.

I was a Stewart super freak about wanting to draft him, 2009 being a monster year, 2011 being a great year with his hands etc,..

but Deangelo was incredible at his peak,.. like a more durable Lesean McCoy but stronger in 2008.

To be fair, most of the people who have had any kind of interaction with him don't really like him either.

He does legitimately seem to be kind of a dick.
