Bengals clocking that and running a final play is one of the most ridiculous things I've ever seen in professional football in quite a long time.

For fugging WHAT?

A possible injury of a player?

STUPID.

Its unlikely to ever get to that point, but I think net points in common games is part of the tie breaker formula to get into the playoffs or determine who wins the division.

Where y'all Bradberry haters at?

Probably looking for something else to complain about.

OK, I see what you're saying.

But, in today's NFL, what's more likely?  Needing the 8th-level (just guessing for emphasis there) tie-breaker?  Or a player picking up an injury on a play?

Remember when our second half offense used to be anemic?

And we'd have to watch the defense wear out?

And they'd let the other team get back in the game?

And we'd be forced to mount a last minute drive to win the game?

Yeah...that was last year...

...and the year before...and the year before...and the...what year was Mike Shula named OC again?

I don't miss those days.

That’s happened against ATL last week. Norv needs to consistently run the ball for 4 qtrs every game.

Yeah I honestly don't remember it ever getting to that point in the tie breaker formula. Maybe it has but its super rare, if so.
